- 4 ciabatta rolls, sliced in half
- 1/4 cup pesto sauce
- 8 slices of mozzarella cheese
- 8 slices of Prosciutto
- 8 slices of Salami
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- Olive oil for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat your Ninja Speedi to the ‘Grill’ setting.
- Spread pesto sauce on the inside of each ciabatta roll.
- Layer each with mozzarella cheese, Prosciutto, Salami, tomato slices, and red onion.
- Close the sandwiches and lightly brush the outside with olive oil.
- Place the sandwiches in the Ninja Speedi and grill for about 5 minutes or until the bread is crispy and golden and the cheese has melted.
- Carefully remove the paninis from the grill and let them cool slightly before serving.
