Ingredients

  • 4 ciabatta rolls, sliced in half
  • 1/4 cup pesto sauce
  • 8 slices of mozzarella cheese
  • 8 slices of Prosciutto
  • 8 slices of Salami
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • Olive oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Ninja Speedi to the ‘Grill’ setting.
  2. Spread pesto sauce on the inside of each ciabatta roll.
  3. Layer each with mozzarella cheese, Prosciutto, Salami, tomato slices, and red onion.
  4. Close the sandwiches and lightly brush the outside with olive oil.
  5. Place the sandwiches in the Ninja Speedi and grill for about 5 minutes or until the bread is crispy and golden and the cheese has melted.
  6. Carefully remove the paninis from the grill and let them cool slightly before serving.
