- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz spaghetti, broken into pieces
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken in the crockpot.
- Mix soup, broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour over chicken.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Remove chicken, shred, then return to crockpot.
- Stir in spaghetti, cheese, and sour cream.
- Cook on high until pasta is tender, about 30 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
