- 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves, packed
- Zest and juice of 2 limes
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine cilantro, lime zest, lime juice, garlic, and jalapeño (if using).
- Blend until the herbs and garlic are finely chopped.
- Add Greek yogurt (or sour cream) and olive oil. Blend until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a serving bowl or container. The sauce can be used immediately or refrigerated.

- Adjust the consistency by adding more yogurt or olive oil as needed.
- If you prefer a vegan option, substitute Greek yogurt with a plant-based alternative.
